I sat on the board of diversity at Adobe. Our goal yearly was to include new approaches to be involved in the community and promote inclusion in our highly diverse office.

My Role

I was the only sitting designer in the group, my job was to create branding and print material for a large number of projects a year. Our talents varied in different areas and we worked as a team to figure out solutions for charity and work events.

The people

This project was very important to us at Adobe. Even though we can't officially support or back social movements, we can, however, be involved in events nearby. We needed to figure out a way to strongly represent our brand, but also not make it about Adobe. The goal is to show unity. We spoke to the LGBTQ group and took this task as alike we would any software project
